To start with - you can check the pg_hba.conf
<https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/auth-pg-hba-conf.html> and
listen_address
<https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/runtime-config-connection.html> of
PostgreSQL to allow connection from the pgAdmin docker.
