Hello, PgAdmin4 could not be contacted is the error I get each time I try to open the admin. I've tried all I know to resolve this issue by using resources on youtube and surfing the internet. Deleting, reinstalling as an admin and installing simple-websocket but nothing works. Pls., is there any way you can help me on this issue? Your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
