Hi, You can increase log verbosity to debug by setting - PGADMIN_CONFIG_CONSOLE_LOG_LEVEL: 10 Can you please share complete logs? Also, how did you copy file from X user to Y storage?(vi Command line or using upload feature from Tools>Storage Manager)? Can you please share permission for the json file for both the users?
