Dear PGAdmin Support,

We are currently rolling out and configuring PGAdmin 4 v9.14 on stepping stones 
running x64 Windows 2022 Server and x64 Windows 2025 Server but the software 
simply will not start up.

We have done most of the basic stuff like installing and running the software 
with administrative rights, and tried it with the virus scanner and windows 
firewall disabled.


We get the following error at startup:

Deleting the pgadmin4.db file and restarting did not help either.

Could you tell me how to resolve this issue, because we are at a complete loss 
over this?
