I am running Windows 2000 with all of the latest updates as of Feb 28, 2002. When I try to install pgAdmin II (v.1.2.0) I get an installer error message:
Error 1931. The Windows Installer service cannot update the system file C:\WINNT\System32\hhctrl.ocx because the file is protected by Windows. You may need to update your operating system for this program to work correctly. I tried this a both a user and administrator.
