[pgadmin-support] No entry to pg_hba.conf 10.17.11.16

Please somebody help me.

I put the following line at pg_hba.conf:

local	all	10.17.11.0	255.255.255.0	trust

But I could not conect and it is telling there is no entry to conect ip 
10.17.11.16.

Just please let me know what I have forgotten to set up.
