There is a good reason for disabling the OK button if no data was
changed, but here the server was offline and all settings where OK.
If for instance the address of the new server is missing I can
understand that the OK button is disabled, the address is a vital
thing for the connection.

Fixed. OTOH, we should discuss if we should register and connect at the same time at all, or simply remove automatic connection code.
