[pgadmin-support] How to load DLL after build

hi!
 
I had built the pgAdmin3.exe with VC++2005 Express Edition. 
But all of the DLL files can't be found in $BUILD_ROOT/pgAdmin3/pgadmin/Release.
libpg.dll, libxslt.dll, libxml2-2.dll, and so on.
How about it?
Just copy them here? But I think it is not a good idea.
Suggest me, please.
