I am experiencing an issue with pgadmin 1.8.4 (Windows).  The issue is 
with the pgagent job scheduler.  I am able to create new jobs and steps. 
However, I am unable to create a new schedule.  I am also unable to edit / 
change a schedule that currently exist.  The schedule window informs me 
that I must enter a start date.  I do this and it still does not recognize 
that it has a date and will not activate the OK button even though there 
is a visible date in the field.  I have used the drop down in the field as 
well as tried typing in the date with no luck.  One of my co-workers is 
having the same problem and is running the same version (1.8.4 - however 
he is running linux ).  The other co-worker is not having this problem and 
is running version 1.8.0 (linux ).  I tried to go back to 1.8.0(Windows); 
but, was still unable to create a new schedule.  Thanks for your 
assistance regarding this issue.
