ah ok, at last it's still on the list :)
It's already available in 1.14. Go in the options/preferences dialog,
tab Colours, checkbox "Keywords in uppercase". Check this checkbox and
all keywords will automatically appear in uppercase.
I wouldn't search this feature as a color option though.
