To make test, I de-installed v1.14.0 and v1.16.0-beta. Restarted system
and installed v1.14.3
Unfortunately without success. RI Constraint triggers appear in object
browser, SQL pane and even in table create script.

We are working with:
postgresql 8.4 (linux installed)
pgAdmin run under Windows7 64bit

They shouldn't be here. I've checked with 1.14.3 and 1.16 beta2, and
both worked for me. So you'll need to give us more details to help us
reproduce your issue.
