[pgadmin-support] OID converted to signed

After executing INSERT command, new OID, value: 2490917958, has been 
assigned to the new row, but pgAdmin reported:

Query returned successfully: one row with OID -1804049338 inserted, 22 
ms execution time.

Looks like signed/unsigned bug
