wxWidgets 3.0 should work in 64 bit, but it's not very well tested.
Builds fine. There are some alerts in some of the windows. But as I was preparing the build I noticed that there is also a build of the new beta on postgresql.org so http://www.pgadmin.org/download/macosx.php needs updating.
