All,

We recently dealt with a site where, do to mistakes in migrating
servers, the sequences for pgagent got reset to 1. This caused primary
key conflicts which caused pgagent to fail. However, no failures of any
kind appeared in the pgagent log, even though PK violation errors were
appearing in the Postgres log.
