1) Start PG Admin3 2) right-click on "servers" in the left hand box (under Server Groups).
Kaboom! 2a) Right click on "server groups" has the same effect! 2b) Right click on a server, click "properties" has the same effect. PGAdmin 1.20.0 Beta 2 (installed from PPA) running on Ubuntu 15.10 under Cinnamon. -- Today is going to be a great day. (It just doesn't know it yet.)
