Hi Pavel, Can you please export PYTHONPATH variable before running pgAdmin4 binary.
PYTHONPATH variable path is your path where you have installed flask and other pgadmin4 dependencies. e.g. export PYTHONPATH=/home/user/workspace/pgAdmin4/lib/python3.4/site-packages/ Do let us know for any queries.
