hummm... vc não disse qual a versão instalada...
A algumas versões atrás o IN tinha problemas de eficiencia. Mas como os
colegas já disseram, sem mais informações fica difícil...
PS: se este fou seu range no IN fixos, vc pode utilizar BETWEEN ...
