Provavelmente tu criaste esses objetos repetidos no banco template1,
que e' usado como referencia para criar novos bancos (ou seja, uma
copia do template1 e' criada quando se cria um banco novo).

Se quiseres um banco sem nada, use o template0.

createdb --template template0 meubanco

Ou use a opcao -c pro pg_restore como outro colega citou.
