Conforme mostrado acima, você está executando o comando a partir do PATH : "/usr/local/pgsql/bin/postgres" , e quando redireciona a saída (LOGS), está apontando para "logfile" , o que seria "/usr/local/pgsql/bin/postgres/logfile".
