Postgresql

work_men = 34MB
max_connections = 80

Contantemente ocorre o seguinte erro
10.0.0.193(1853) DETAIL: could not connect to server: No buffer space
available (0x00002747/10055)
Is the server running on host "10.10.1.250" and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
alguem pode me dizer o que esta acontecento.
