Mas eu estou usando a interface do postgis, tem uma interface que agente usa para importar soa shapes, vi uns videos no youtube a galera fazendo e dando certo, agora não estou conseguindo por conta desse erro! Poderia me dá uma solução melhor, pois fazer isso no prompt de comando é muito ruim!
