(2 + 0.3) * 10 + 10 + 1 = 34 arquivos

Você apresentou 32 arquivos.
No outro email você citou 50 GB mas esse número não condiz com o que
você listou com pg_ls_dir (equivalente a 512 MB). Para ter 50 GB, você
teria que ter 3.200 arquivos!
Como está o andamento da archiver? Ele está próximo ao arquivo listado
com pg_xlogfile_name acima?
ps aux | grep archiver
Se não estiver próximo, o arquivamento não está sendo feito ou não está
conseguindo acompanhar a atividade do postgres. Você checou se não há
falhas de arquivamento no log?
