I'll send you a private e-mail about details of the SVN server, and
access information to that. 

I'll clear the current svn repo at pgcluster.org. We will have the
following branches:

1.1 , 1.3 , 1.7 , 1.9 

Then, commit the existing versions as a start, and then use it for
development issues.
