Hello Ida
You simply add the ymode to the groupplot environment. All options in that
option base is directed to all subplots.
So:
%%%%%%%%%
\begin{groupplot}[group style={group size=2 by 2},ymode=log]
\nextgroupplot
...
\nextgroupplot
...
\nextgroupplot
...
\nextgroupplot[ymode=normal]
...
\end{groupplot}
%%%%%%%%%
In the above example the last plot is not logarithmic.
