Of course, PostgreSQL must be stopped on the to-be-recovered node. The
tutorial says that the last step is to start the PostgreSQL server on
the to-be-recovered node but, nevertheless, it's good that you pointed
that out. I've modified the article so that it specifically says that
the to-be-recovered node must be stopped.
