My confusion was given because the Initial Configuration of the System
DB comes after recovery with Streaming Online Replication but I see that
this belongs to Parallel Mode has nothing to do with streaming replication.

No, you don't need to do. System DB is only neccessary if you plan to
use paralell query mode.
BTW, why did you think you need to do it while reading manual? I just
want to make sure that there's anything causes users confused.
