IMHO, removing this parameter is an administrator task, not something
pgpoolAdmin should do behind the scene silently.

If an administrator edit the file outside from pgpoolAdmin, and leave
this parameters despite the warnings, it might be confusing seeing
pgpool changing its behaviour suddently and the parameter disapear after
pgpoolAdmin session...
