github would be just right. For the source code, for the website, for a
ticketing system. Should be really just fine.
The issue is the mailing lists. Either they could be hosted by
postgresql.org, or we could move to something else (Google Groups?).
There is github, sourceforge, and launchpad. All of them are decent
services.
