Has anyone ever sent an order for the CD to [EMAIL PROTECTED]?  I sent mine 3
days ago and requested confirmation (I sent VISA encrypted).  I have sent 2
other emails requesting confirmation, no reply.

Perhaps Marc is on holidays?
