thank you for your answer. It worked of course, but the problem now is 
that a similar situation arises when 'make' is trying to compile the 
odbc-interface which I really need for a certain project. I'll comment 
out this too and maybe I'll be able to install the odbc-interface 
separately.

By the way: your dutch is not so bad at all, keep practising.
