We are planning to install a postgres database along with an apache webserver for a small internal Help-desk site. I have no intention of starting a OS war, but I have heard a great deal about FreeBSD being a superior network server relative to Linux, and I would like to know if there is some comparison info available on the internet that shows the hows and whys of this belief.
