NOTE: RH 5.0 was very buggy, it would probably be best to upgrade to 5.2

I have not had any problems at all on the RH 5.2 system.  I do deviate
from the directions a little bit in that I initially do the whole
install as root, then befor running initdb and the tests do a "chown -R
postgres: ~postgres" and also 
"chown -R postgres: /usr/src/pgsql" so that I can run the regression
tests as postgres.
