[ADMIN] pemission denied

hello there ....

anybody know how to figure this...every time when I try to see from the
web it still say pemission denied...I try to look my database..from
browser..for your info, I am using postgreSQL 6.5...

"Warning: PostgresSQL query failed: ERROR: kawasan_tnb: Permission
denied. in /usr/local/apache/share/htdocs/websrb/index.html on line 45"

** kawasan_tnb is a table

anything question to make your all understand what am I taking about ?
