[ADMIN] Error starting Postmaster

Hi my name is Erik, I have some problems running Postmaster. 
I use Solaris 2.7 Intel and Postgres 6.5

When i try to start the Postmaster I get the following Errormessage:

IpcMemoryCreate: shmget failed (Invalid argument)
key=5432001, size=1063936, permission=600
FATAL 1:  ShmemCreate: cannot create region

I would really apreciate some help!
