Pretty simple, it can't create the shared memory region in your Solaris
box. I think this is covered in the faq file. Increase the shared memory
and semaphores on your box. To help you going, the following is an excerpt
from my /etc/system file that you may want to copy, or adapt. Look in the
DOCS.SUN.COM pages for the exact functions of these commands. You can find
it in Kernel Tuning options.
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmax = 268435456
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmin = 1
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmni = 100
set shmsys:shminfo_shmseg = 51
set semsys:seminfo_semmap = 250
set semsys:seminfo_semmni = 500
set semsys:seminfo_semmns = 500
set semsys:seminfo_semmsl = 500
set semsys:seminfo_semmnu = 500
set semsys:seminfo_semume = 100
