[ADMIN] PostgreSQL and Win95/98

Is there any possibility to run Postgres under Win95/98 (not NT)?
Now, Postgres is running under FreeBSD (Apache server with PHP module)
and I do not want to use ODBC interface. I would like run independent
system (Postgres + Apache + PHP) on Windows clients.
