[ADMIN] pg_ctl: Can't find :/usr/local/pgsql/data/postmaster.opts.default

I had to re-install postgresql  in my FreeBSD machine.
And after that I get an error:
pg_ctl: Can't find :/usr/local/pgsql/data/postmaster.opts.default

this file is ok with permissions to postgres user.

what´s wrong here ?
