Thanks to your advice I can solve the problem.
After upgrading from glibc-2.2.2 to glibc-2.2.4-19, and recompiling,
it works!!

PS) When the db crashed in vaccuming, not only the query
- "select * from freefind" - , but also "update / insert" worked.
And I cannot find any loss of the data in the table(freefind). :-)
Hm.... I didn't test "explain", "join".....

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
(send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to [EMAIL PROTECTED])
