[ADMIN] vacuum failed - pgtoast not btree

Hello,   Since a few days, my vacuum always fails with a message:     vacuum error   pg_toast_123456  not a btree  (or something like that) I am still using 7.3.2 How can I solve this ??   Thanks Pierre
