why when I run the following command does authentication fail (Yes, password is correct)?
 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] aaron]$ psql test -U testing -W
Password:
psql: FATAL:  IDENT authentication failed for user "testing"
 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] aaron]$
