[ADMIN] need libraries to complete PostgreSQLinstall

unable to complete install of PosrtgreSQL without undernoted libraries

                libcrypto.so.2
                libssl.so.2

need assistance to locate these libraries for download??

earlier request of few days ago not responded to!!
