[ADMIN] Binding Parameters

[Postgres User]

I'm new to PostgreSQL, and am wondering for BindSQL is intergrated in 
Postgres or in the future for version 8.

Example:
SELECT * FROM sample_table WHERE computer = :1;
Any pointers will help.
