[ADMIN] Installing PostgreSQL

Good Afternoon,

 

                I am trying to install PostgreSQL on my desktop and it is 
asking for a password.  Everything I type in is not working it gives me this
error:

 

                 

 

                Any help would be greatly appreciated.
