We are pleased to announce
[postgres-contrib.org](https://postgres-contrib.org/), a new website started in
July 2024 by members of the PostgreSQL community, highlighting contributions to
the project by the amazing people standing behind it.

Many contributions to and for the PostgreSQL Project happen outside of writing
code. This was the topic of the [Increase Community
Participation](https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/PGConf.dev_2024_Developer_Unconference#Increase_Community_Participation)
 session at [PGConf.dev
2024](https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/PGConf.dev_2024).
[postgres-contrib.org](https://postgres-contrib.org/) has weekly posts listing
contributions, but they will likely not be complete — if you spot something
which is worth noticing, please contact us by
[email](mailto:i...@postgresql.life).

The following people contributed to this list, and the general idea: [Andreas
Scherbaum](https://mastodon.social/@ascherbaum), [Boriss
Mejías](https://mastodon.world/@tchorix), [Chris
Ellis](https://postgresql.life/post/chris_ellis/), [Floor
Drees](https://postgresql.life/post/floor_drees/), [Jimmy
Angelakos](https://postgresql.life/post/jimmy_angelakos/) and [Pavlo
Golub](https://postgresql.life/post/pavlo_golub/).
