Why not be competitive. MySQL Win32 registration includes lifetime upgrades for
about $200.00 US.
The answer to your question is... any serious developer would need an upgrade
license. And yes, I would purchase the option that would give me the latest
releases.
Would this distribution run as a NT service, Application or under Cygwin?
