[ANNOUNCE] tds_fdw 1.0.0 - Foreign Data Wrapper for MS SQL Server and Sybase

I've just packaged the first release of tds_fdw, version 1.0.0, on GitHub
and PGXN.

tds_fdw uses FreeTDS to connect PostgreSQL to Microsoft SQL Server and
Sybase databases.
