OK, found the bug.  With the attached patch, it now show:

        test=> ALTER DATABASE test
        RENAME TO  RESET      SET

This will appear in 7.4 final.

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
    (send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to [EMAIL PROTECTED])
