Ashesh, The update files worked. I unzipped the download into the EnterpriseDB-MigrationWizard replacing the existing jars in EnterpriseDB-MigrationWizard and the lib directory.
The existing command did work so it was not a matter of backslashes vs. forward slashes. Thanks, KenS. Additionally the whole command is too long for the shortcut properties and is cut off. If I setup a shorter path using 8.3 notation, I still get nothing.
