Fix checkpointer shared memory allocation Use Min(NBuffers, MAX_CHECKPOINT_REQUESTS) instead of NBuffers in CheckpointerShmemSize() to match the actual array size limit set in CheckpointerShmemInit(). This prevents wasting shared memory when NBuffers > MAX_CHECKPOINT_REQUESTS. Also, fix the comment.
