Improve stability of authentication test 007_pre_auth The injection point wait used by the test could be reached by autovacuum workers or the logical replication launcher, leading to sporadic failures.
The configuration of the test is tweaked so as these kinds of processes are not spawned anymore, which should be enough to silence the problems.
